Message from HR

Dear All –

As you know from our town halls and the news, we are in a challenging business environment and the future remains uncertain. Towards exercising caution in protecting existing employees and the business while still serving customers, we are going to take the following steps as of today (April 9, 2020) for all employees:

– no hourly or salary wage increases, and

– a halt to regularly scheduled performance evaluations until June 1, 2020.

This doesn’t mean that we still stop employee feedback or disciplinary actions – effective employee performance is more important than ever.

This was an extremely tough decision, and we understand the impact this may have on you and your family. Please know that we considered several other alternatives, and the choice we made is the best option at this time and will have the least impact on our employees overall.

The executive team will continue to monitor our finances and we believe the outcome from this measure will better position the company for a solid financial future.

As we get closer to June 1, 2020, we will reassess this decision and whether it will need to be extended.

We appreciate all of your hard work and your support as we strive for continued business success. Should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak with your manager or contact human resources.
