Native to Idaho I was born and raised in and around the Boise area. I grew up on a small ranch north of Boise and moved to Eagle in the early 90's. I graduated from Eagle High School then onto Boise State studying Business Management. during this time I was working full time in the security industry installing electronic security such as- surveillance, alarm and card access systems. I am a 3rd generation security guy, so its no surprise that I landed in the industry and have been here ever since!
My interests/hobbies include: Dirt Bike Riding, Skiing, Paddle Boarding, Mt Biking, Hunting, Fishing, Camping and Traveling. Two of my favorite places are- McCall and Lake Tahoe. I love being in the outdoors in general and try to spend a lot of time exploring. Other interests are technology related as I am a geek at heart...I like gadgets and cool tech gear.
Favorite Movie- Guardians of The Galaxy 2 (I'm a scifi and action lover)
Favorite Food- Ribeye (Yup, I'm a steak and potatoes kind of guy, but also really love sushi- weird combo I know...)
Favorite Dessert Food- Cheesecake (close runner up is the Brookie from Sweet Valley Cookie)
Favorite Car- BMW M6
Human Resources and Safety Manager
I am a native Idahoan , grew up in Mountain Home and have spent all of my adult life in this valley. I attended Northwest Nazarene University to receive my Undergrad and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. My last sixteen years have been spent working at Northwest Nazarene University; first as its Executive Assistant to the VP for Finance and then (for 12 years) as its first HR Director. Both roles taught me a lot prior to coming to Sloan
For fun, I love to hike, go camping, spend time with family and friends, and I love to learn new things….currently I am taking West Coast Swing dance lessons and am LOVING it!!
Hank was born and raised in Pasco, Washington. After graduating from the University of Idaho Hank accepted a position with national accounting firm, Moss Adams, in San Diego. Hank jumped into his career and worked with a number of construction, real estate, and defense contracting companies developing his financial analysis and reporting skills while improving their financial operations. After nearly a decade in San Diego, Hank and his wife, Sara, made the decision to raise their family in the northwest. So, they packed up their bags and moved to Sara’s hometown of Boise, Idaho. Ever since Hank’s daughter arrived he’s not sure what his hobbies are. They used to include golf, hiking, skiing, football, and really anything that gets him outside. Hank is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Construction Financial Professional (CCIFP). He serves on the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association (Idaho Chapter), as Treasurer for the Barber Valley Neighborhood Association (BVNA), and on the Young Leader Committee for the Urban Land Institute.
